Quinta do Vallado Douro Touriga Nacional Rosé 2025 Wine appreciation Intensely dry on the palateDe wijn is geparfumeerd met tonen van vers fruit en rode bessen. De geur wordt versterkt door aroma's van citroenschil die de aanzet frisser maakt. Bloemen en wilde bessen in het glas, typisch voor touriga nacional. In de smaak heeft het vers rood fruit, met een zeer frisse afdronk. Alcoholische gisting wordt toegepast door middel van Bica Aberta (zonder schilcontact), gedurende bijna een maand op lage temperaturen.
