Constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of a shield bearing a raised map of Crimea and southern Ukraine, topped by a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, flanked by dates 1941 1942, attached with all four reverse attachment prongs to a magnetic metal backplate with a field grey wool liner and fully intact black paper backer, unmarked, the shield measuring 53. 65 mm (w) x 61. 66 mm (h), in near mint
