The Seven 7 iDP Flex Knee Pads use a combination of an internal plastic cap with a heat moulding foam insert with a pre curved fit for the ultimate combination of comfort and performance. An upper and lower strap with a centre adjust system (two sides to adjust on each strap) allows for even fit with plenty of potential to dial things in to your liking. The lower strap also sits right above the calf muscle to help
