Germany, Kriegsmarine. An Em/Nco Helmsman’s Specialist Insignia Newly Listed 1918 and resided in Augsbach(Kriegsmarine rmelabzeichen). Constructed of dark blue wool, the obverse bearing a gilded bronze insignia and soutache of identical construction, unmarked, measuring 72 mm (w) x 98 mm (h), in better than very fine condition.
