The neck is smooth, and the frets still have plenty of life. The original pickups were switched for Dimarzio humbuckers, it does not come with the original pickups. It comes with a PRS soft gig bag. Considerable dings on the body of the guitar, mainly the front. Pickups were swapped for Dimarzio humbuckers.
