Color: Golden yellow. Nose: Notes of lemon, charcoal, a hint of mineral and coastal influence, brine, butter cookies and custard. Palate: oily and lively with notes of smoked peat, salted caramel, citrus, toasted hazelnut and spice with hints of vanilla and black pepper. Finish: medium persistence
